My path
01
No straight line
I grew up in the Allgäu region in southern Germany, and my path was anything but straight. At school, I was not the boy everyone expected great things from. My way led through several school tracks to a technical diploma and eventually a business degree.
Back in 2016, I completed my training as a systemic coach. I have always been fascinated by why some people unfold their potential while others, despite the best conditions, stay stuck.

From sales to coaching
After university, my path first led me into sales, later into marketing, HR, and business development. There I experienced first-hand how strongly our thoughts, beliefs, and decisions shape our success.
Since 2020, I have been actively coaching people through professional, private, and personal processes of change. It is often about self-confidence, relationships, career orientation, decisions, or the question of how to bring more clarity and contentment back into your life.

Why I do this
At the same time, I have experienced myself that life does not always go according to plan. Setbacks, uncertainty, and difficult decisions are part of every path. These experiences have shaped me and changed the way I look at people.
I am convinced: most people do not need more advice. They need clarity, trust in themselves, and the courage to take the next step. That is exactly where I come in.
